Account Manager position

We are looking for driven salespeople to help us elevate our business to the next level. We have big goals and need to grow our team to achieve them! This outside sales role is perfect for someone who truly enjoys face-to-face networking and the flexibility of working remotely. Your attitude is more important than your sales experience, but experience helps. We will rely on our next Account Manager to be a strategic partner and to operate with the highest level of integrity to represent Two Cats Creative Studio and build on our established portfolio of clients.

We want emotionally mature Account Managers who can think critically, easily articulate thoughts and ideas, and clearly communicate. To join us, you must be action-oriented, accountable, self-aware, and exude positivity. We prefer to collaborate instead of compete and seek out ways to create win-win situations. We utilize technology to operate remotely, so it helps if you can adapt to using various online platforms and feel comfortable using tech. If this describes you and you are also well organized, rarely miss a detail, and can listen empathetically to find solutions for our potential clients, we want to hear from you!

We are a 100% remote team operating from the Treasure Coast of Florida. We want to expand our local Florida team in the following districts/counties:

SOUTH: 

• Broward 
• Palm Beach

CENTRAL EAST:

• Martin
• St.Lucie
• Okeechobee
• Indian River
• Brevard
• Osceola

There are no defined territories or limits, so you decide how large an area you'd like to work.

You will have no predetermined schedule. The days or hours you choose to work are entirely up to you. Your performance will be rated on results rather than the hours you put in. If you can generate incredible results in a small amount of time, we say, "Yay, you!" 

Two Cats is not open on Sundays, so we encourage our team to take the day to rest and enjoy activities outside of work! If you choose to work on a Sunday, though, go for it!

We pay 20% commission plus bonuses and offer annual profit sharing. We believe that a job well done deserves to be rewarded and that our people are our priority. When we started this business, we promised ourselves we'd always be different from the bosses we didn't like!
